ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS & EDITING POLICY

To keep production moving quickly and avoid delays, all artwork must be submitted ready to print.

Color changes, background removal, resizing, cleanup, file conversion, and other graphic adjustments require additional design time and can slow down the printing process.

If your artwork is not print-ready, you must add and pay the Artwork Fixing / Editing Fee with your order.

If the artwork fee is not added, we reserve the right to either:

• Charge the required artwork editing fee before printing, or
• Print the artwork exactly as it was submitted

No artwork changes will be made for free.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

All submitted artwork should meet the following requirements:

• PNG file format preferred
• Transparent / clear background
• 300 DPI resolution recommended
• Artwork should be clear, sharp, and high quality
• Artwork must already contain the correct colors requested
• Artwork should be submitted at or near the correct print size
• Customers should review the sizing information on our website before ordering to make sure the correct size is requested
• Spelling, names, dates, colors, wording, and design details must be checked before submission

ARTWORK CHANGES THAT MAY REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL FEE

Additional artwork fees may apply for:

• Background removal
• Color changes
• Changing or replacing text
• Font changes
• Resizing or rebuilding artwork
• Improving low-quality or blurry graphics
• Removing unwanted objects or elements
• Adding or removing design elements
• Converting files into a print-ready format
• Cleaning or recreating artwork
• Any other graphic design work required before printing

IMPORTANT

Submitting an artwork file means you are confirming that the file is ready to print unless an artwork editing service has been purchased.

We are not responsible for unwanted backgrounds, incorrect colors, spelling mistakes, low-resolution graphics, incorrect design elements, or other issues already present in the file provided by the customer.

If you want us to make changes to your artwork, please purchase the appropriate artwork editing service BEFORE printing.

Once printing has started, artwork changes may require a new print at the customer’s expense.
