Orders placed after closed hour will be processed the next business day. For custom orders or larger wholesale orders, production may take a little longer. If that's the case with your order, we'll reach out and let you know right away so you're never left wondering. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times Once your order has been processed and packed, here's what to expect: -
Standard Shipping: Estimated 3 business days after your order ships - Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery when you need it sooner Please keep in mind that shipping time is separate from production/processing time. For example, if your order takes one day to process and then ships via standard shipping, your total wait time would be production time plus transit time. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx whichever option gets your order to you most efficiently based on your location.
Shipping Rates - Free shipping on all orders over $100 - Orders under $100: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address - Wholesale or oversized orders: Shipping costs for large orders may vary. Contact us before placing your order and we'll put together a shipping quote for you.
Local Pickup Atascocita, TX If you're in the Houston area Humble, Atascocita, Kingwood, or the surrounding communities local pickup is available and there's no shipping fee. Once your order is complete, we'll send you a message confirming the pickup address and letting you know it's ready. Same-day pickup is available on most orders placed before our daily cutoff of time. We love meeting our ktsublimationblanks customers in person, so don't be shy!
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to few hours after receiving your tracking number for it to show activity. Carriers sometimes take a little time to scan the package into their system after it leaves our hands.
Shipping Delays Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, the transit time is in their hands. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or FedEx including weather-related slowdowns or high-volume shipping periods like the holidays. Lost or Damaged Packages We package everything with care, but occasionally things happen in transit. - Damaged package: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and packaging. We'll make it right. - Lost package: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if your package has stopped moving with no updates, contact us. We will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf and do everything we can to resolve the situation.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery information. If you catch a mistake right after placing your order, contact us immediately before it ships and we'll do our best to make the correction in time.
