Ordering & Custom Designs
How do I place a custom order?
It's easy! You can browse our products and order directly through our website. For anything custom — a specific design, a bulk order, or something special — just message us through our contact page or DM us on Facebook or Instagram. We'll get back to you quickly and walk you through everything step by step.
What file formats do you accept?
We work best with vector files like .AI, .EPS, or .PDF since they stay crisp at any size. We also accept .PNG files as long as they're high resolution (300 DPI or higher). We do not accept low-resolution JPEGs or images pulled from websites — these typically won't print cleanly. If you're not sure what you have, send it our way and we'll take a look!
What resolution do my design files need to be?
For the best print quality, your artwork should be at least 300 DPI at the intended print size. For very large prints (banners, backdrops, all-over shirts), the bigger and higher the resolution, the better the result. When in doubt, bigger is always better — we can scale down, but we can't make a blurry file sharp.
Can you create a design for me?
Yes! We offer custom design services. Just reach out and let us know your idea, and we'll work with you to bring it to life. We've designed everything from logo tees and memorial keepsakes to event backdrops and graduation products — so don't be shy about sharing your vision, no matter how detailed or how simple.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Absolutely not — and that's one of our favorite things about how we do business here. 🎨 You can order a single DTF transfer, one tumbler wrap, or just one keychain. Whether you need one piece or one thousand, we've got you covered. No minimums, ever.

Turnaround & Pickup
How fast will my order be ready?
Most orders are ready in less than 24 hours — and for many DTF transfer and sublimation orders, we can have them done the same day. We know how important it is to get your orders quickly, especially when you're running a business or working against a deadline. We'll always do our best to turn things around as fast as possible.
Do you offer same-day turnaround?
Yes! Same-day turnaround is available for DTF transfers, sublimation prints, UV DTF wraps, and most standard orders. Just make sure you reach out early in the day so we have time to get it done before end of business. We'll let you know right away if same-day isn't possible for your specific request.
Where is local pickup located?
We're located in Atascocita, TX, and serve customers throughout the greater Houston area including Humble and Kingwood. After placing your order, we'll send you the exact pickup address. Local pickup means no waiting on shipping — you can grab your order and be on your way!
What are your pickup hours?
Our current pickup hours are:
 Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
 Saturday: 10 AM – 3 PM
 Sunday: By appointment]
If you need to pick up outside of those hours, just message us Phone/Text: 832-330-8296 — we're flexible and will do our best to accommodate you.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we ship nationwide! Orders are packaged with care and shipped out promptly. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier, but we'll always provide tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package. Local to Houston? We always recommend local pickup for the fastest experience — you'll get your order the same day or next day instead of waiting on a carrier.

DTF Transfers
What is a DTF transfer?
DTF stands for Direct-to-Film. It's a printing process where your design is printed onto a special film and then a hot-melt powder adhesive is applied. The result is a vibrant, flexible transfer that you heat-press onto fabric. DTF transfers work on almost any material and don't require a white or light-colored base like sublimation does — they're incredibly versatile! Think of it as a sticker for fabric, but softer and way more durable.
What materials can I apply DTF transfers to?
DTF transfers can be applied to a huge range of materials, including:
  • Cotton (100% cotton works great — this is a big advantage over sublimation!)
  • Polyester
  • Cotton/polyester blends
  • Denim
  • Nylon
  • Canvas
  • Leather and faux leather
Basically, if you can press it, a DTF transfer will stick to it. They work on t-shirts, hoodies, bags, hats, jackets, aprons, tote bags, and more.
How do I apply a DTF transfer?
Here's the basic process using a heat press:
  1. Pre-press your garment for a few seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
  1. Position the DTF transfer on your item (design side down).
  1. Press at 300–320°F for 15–20 seconds with firm, even pressure.
  1. Peel the film while warm (hot peel) or after it cools, depending on the transfer type we've sent you — we'll always let you know which one!
  1. Press again for a few seconds with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper on top to set the design and give it a finished look.
Always refer to the instructions included with your order, as settings can vary slightly.
How do I care for items with DTF transfers?
To keep your prints looking vibrant and lasting as long as possible:
  • Wash inside out in cold water
  • Use a gentle wash cycle
  • Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry
  • Do NOT dry clean
  • Do NOT iron directly on the print — if you need to iron, do so inside out or place a cloth over the design
With proper care, DTF transfers are incredibly durable and hold up wash after wash!

Sublimation
What is sublimation printing?
Sublimation is a printing process where heat and pressure cause ink to transform from a solid directly into a gas, which then bonds permanently into the fibers or coating of the item. The result is a full-color, photo-quality image that is actually part of the material — it won't crack, peel, or fade like a surface-level print. Sublimation is perfect for detailed, vibrant designs on blanks like mugs, tumblers, pillow cases, and more.
What blanks work for sublimation?
Sublimation requires items that have either a high polyester content (for fabric) or a special sublimation-coated surface (for hard goods). Our best-selling sublimation blanks include:
  • Pillow cases — soft, polyester-based, great for custom gifts
  • Ceramic mugs and cups — with sublimation coating for crisp, vibrant prints
  • Tumblers — coated for full-wrap designs
  • Keychains — small but mighty, coated for crisp detail
We carry a wide variety of blanks in our store. If you're looking for something specific, just ask — we're always adding to our inventory!
Why does sublimation need a white or light-colored blank?
Great question! Unlike DTF transfers, sublimation ink is actually transparent — it works by dyeing the material itself rather than sitting on top of it. This means the color of the blank shows through and becomes part of the final print. On a white blank, your colors come through true and vibrant. On a dark or colored blank, the ink can't "show up" correctly — it would blend with or disappear into the base color. That's why all sublimation blanks need to be white or very light in color to get the best results.

Pricing & Wholesale
How is pricing calculated for DTF transfers?
DTF transfer pricing is based on the size of the print (typically calculated per square inch). The larger the design, the higher the price — but because there are no minimum orders, you're only paying for exactly what you need. Pricing is listed on our product pages, and for custom sizes or large orders, feel free to reach out for a quote. We're always happy to work with you to find the best option for your budget.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! We love working with fellow business owners and resellers. If you're placing regular orders or buying in volume, reach out to us to discuss wholesale pricing. We'll put together a plan that works for your business. Our goal is to be your go-to printing partner — not just a one-time vendor.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we do offer discounts for larger orders. The more you order, the better the pricing gets. If you have a big project coming up — a school event, a brand launch, a large product run — get in touch and let us know the quantity and what you need. We'll make sure you get the best rate possible.

Other
Can I get a sample before ordering in bulk?
Absolutely — we want you to feel confident before committing to a large order! Reach out to us and let's talk about what you need. Samples are a great way to test quality, check colors, and make sure the product is exactly what you're looking for before you go big. We'd rather you see the quality for yourself!
What if there's an issue with my order?
We stand behind every single order that goes out our door, and your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
