We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sensitive nature of our products. If there is something wrong with your product we will replace/refund.  Our processing time is 1 to 5 business days, (even though we strive for faster)  We will cancel your order with a 25% fee. This helps us keep our prices lower without losing money in the future.  We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx all items are tracked and insured for our protection. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
