Hello, Iโ€™m Karla Tristan, a proud single mom from Houston, Texas, working hard to provide for my three beautiful babies. My journey started in 2018 with a love for crafting and printing, which soon blossomed into a full-time passion. In 2020, when the pandemic changed so much of our lives, I took a leap of faith and took my craft business online.

With DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing, sublimation blanks, sublimation prints, and laser engraving, I offer custom creations that are made with care, attention to detail, and high-quality materials. When I arrived to the location; I noticed that my designs were cut off (messed up). She offered to redo them in which I hate to wait almost an hour for them to reprint. I drove a lil long distance so, I clearly wanted my money's worth. I waited and I felt as she should have given me some type of compensation for the delay on her end. I'm not one to beg, but as a business owner (your mistake) you'll think to have some heart to please the customer.
Now, her attitude was not bad at all! She was okay at communicating but, that wasn't the issue. I'm glad she re-did them, but; just wanted people to be aware. This may not happen often, but this was my experience.

I was pleased with my order. I had a last-minute order placement and needed it the same day. She had my order ready the same day, on a holiday. I was being a bugger, I might add because I messaged a few times trying to see if they would be ready the same day. She didn't get impatient with me at all. Grateful!!!
